Cancellation

It will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. 

Exchange / Return

Once the product(s) is delivered, record the unboxing; so that in case of receipt of damaged or defective items, you should be able to report the same to our support team (7989748601) within 24 hrs of delivery of the product.

The request will, however, be entertained once we check and determine the same at our end. 

  • Without a clear unboxing video sent within 24 hrs of product delivery, an exchange or a return would not be accepted.  
  • Please be advised the returned item must be in a new condition and not used. 

Refund

In case of any Refunds approved by Gaurik Kishori, it could take about 3-5 days for it to be processed to the end customer.
